Kim Kardashian on Taking Over The World

Kim Kardashian is on the cover of AdWeek with an exclusive interview that tells all about her million dollar tech empire, season 10 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and her upcoming selfie book.

Kim appears on the cover in a high neck leather catsuit and lego-inspired glasses as a play on her new tech-savvy image. The cover reads, “How the most famous woman in the world is plotting to become the next tech superstar” and goes on to explain the success of her game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, which has grossed $74 million last year and is projected to bring in $85 million this year.

About her game’s success, Kim said, 'We realized that it worked so well because we are in such good communication - myself and the Glu [Mobile] team - to make updates in real time.”

She said of the next installment of KUWTK, “I hope they get out of it that we are a normal family,' she said. 'They may not think we're normal, [but] we are a family like everyone else's that goes through so many different things and we're always there to support each other.”

Kim also took the opportunity to comment on her book coming out in May. The book is titled Selfish and will feature selfies she has taken since 1984. She said, “[I took] my first selfie in 1984, and that opens up the book. For a decade, I've carried a big digital camera, and I think it's just fascinating to see the process of what types of photos evolve.”

A classic Kim Kardashian selfie.

Kim recently revealed that she uses photo editing apps––in particular the app Perfect 365––and in addition to that, uses $2k worth of beauty products daily to perfect her face.

Kim Kardashian’s AdWeek cover will hit magazine racks later this week.
