You’re Wearing Your Scarf Wrong

'Loose and Baggy' keeps it casual. Tight at the neck for warmth, but shaggy at the bottom is functional and fashionable. The 'Puffy Neck' wrap around is super hip. 'Just-The-Adam's-Apple' is the way to go. 'Classic Open-Face' is great with long coats. 'Like a Tie' is perfect for thinner scarves under jackets or over dress shirts. 'Infinity Roll' works well with hats. 'Double Twist' gives you a relaxed Sunday-evening-stroll look. The 'Almost-A-Shirt' scarf is gaining popularity. 'The Once Around' is, by no means, original. It should be used sparingly, as it cuts your outfit into an unflattering A-symmetry.
Fashion and function are always colliding. Scarves are one of those garments that straddles the line between disaster and refined styling. The difference all lies in how you wear it. Celebrities have stylists to help them with the nuances of dressing, but not all of us can hire a stylist. That’s why Fashion One is here to help.

Scarves can take a boring outfit to the next level. When in doubt, pick up a scarf. For inspiration on how to tie your scarf, check out the slideshow above!
